He would direct and _ coordinate the work of other members of his team in the areas of transportation, economic development,utilities, surfacewater and natural resources. Related Experience Bill Weber has been managing comprehensive plans and other city planning projects for the past 28 years. 11. Collaborate with City Staff Need Ramsey would like the project to go smoothly and efficiently, for the document to be adopted in 2008,and for all review materials to be delivered with adequate time for staff and consultant review. In particular,the City staff would like to feel that they are intimately involved in preparing the plan and feel"ownership"of the plan.
