Inspect the community with a member of the City staff. <br /> 1.3 Community Reconnaissance <br /> • Tour the community with members of the City staff to learn about conditions <br /> and opportunities. <br /> • Photograph conditions. <br /> • Verify the map of existing land use. <br /> • Identify and understand locations of recent growth,natural resources, <br /> constraints and opportunities for growth, and elements that may affect <br /> municipal costs. <br /> • Interview key individuals as identified by City staff. <br /> • Interview major land developers and builders who are presently(or in the <br /> recent past)working in or near Ramsey. <br /> 1.3 Key-person Interviews <br /> Conduct interviews in City Hall with people knowledgeable about the subjects to <br /> be addressed by the comprehensive plan.
