Ensure that the land use and `- <br /> transportation plans support viable commercial and industrial locations. - <br /> 2.6 Housing Plan -- <br /> Incorporate without change the Master Housing Plan. <br /> 2.7 Water Resources Plan - <br /> Incorporate without change the previously prepared plans for: <br /> • Metropolitan Sewer Service <br /> • Surface Water Management - <br /> • Water Supply Planning <br /> 2.8 Public Facilities <br /> Indicate the locations of new or relocated public buildings or other municipal or — <br /> county facilities. Include by reference any previously-prepared public facilities _ <br /> improvements plans. <br /> 2.9 Intergovernmental Coordination <br /> Describe methods of coordinating public plans and improvements with those of <br /> neighboring communities,Anoka County and the Metropolitan Council. — <br /> 3.0 Implementation Program — <br /> The Metropolitan Council requires that the City describe tools that will be used <br /> to implement the plan and to update their official controls within nine months of the approval of the plan. <br /> 3.1 Implementation Program — <br /> Prepare a list of all the major short-and mid-term actions recommended by the <br /> Comprehensive Plan.
