INDIAN DAM SAFETY REAUTHORIZATION. <br />Section 3101 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for <br />the Nation Act (25 U.S.C. 3805) is amended— <br />(1) by striking "each of fiscal years 2017 through 2023" <br />each place it appears and inserting "each of fiscal years 2017 <br />through 2030"; <br />(2) in subsection (b)— <br />(A) in paragraph (1)(F), in the matter preceding clause <br />(i), by striking "September 30, 2023" and inserting "Sep- <br />tember 30, 2030"; and <br />(B) in paragraph (2)(F), in the matter preceding clause <br />(i), by striking "September 30, 2023" and inserting "Sep- <br />tember 30, 2030"; and <br />(3) in subsection (f)— <br />(A) in paragraph (2), by striking "4 years" and inserting <br />"11 years"; and <br />(B) in paragraph (3), by striking "each of fiscal years <br />2017, 2018, and 2019" and inserting "each of fiscal years <br />2017 through 2026". <br />SEC. 4315. DIANA E. MURPHY UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE. <br />(a) DESIGNATION. —The United States courthouse located at <br />300 South Fourth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota, shall be known <br />and designated as the "Diana E. Murphy United States Court- <br />house". <br />(b) REFERENCES. —Any reference in a law, map, regulation, <br />document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United <br />States courthouse referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed <br />to be a reference to the "Diana E.
