CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a continuation of their regular March 13, 2001 meeting on <br />Tuesday, March 20, 2001, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmemher Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the continuation of the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 <br />p.m, <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Consider Petition Regarding Improvement Project #99-67 (Mississippi River <br />Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1) <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that on January 9, 2001, a petition was presented to the City <br />Council requesting that the City not construct Phase 2 of the storm sewer and drop the eminent <br />domain action to acquire drainage easement along the border of their properties with the railroad <br />to facilitate this storm sewer.
