<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Jeff Menth <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />Communications and Events Coordinator Megan Thorstad (attended <br />remotely) <br /> City Attorney Joe Langel <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that all members of the Council are attending in person, but <br />members of the public are invited to participate in person (in limited capacity) and virtually due to <br />the COVID-19 pandemic. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Scott Newman, 16411 Dysprosium St NW, stated that he is present to speak about the ongoing <br />th <br />code violations at 5431 164 Lane NW. He stated that he went around the neighborhood the <br />previous day to speak with the neighbors and their concerns related to this property. He stated that <br />there are vehicles, trash, a number of barking dogs, and other issues that have existed since 2012. <br />He stated that the Council adopted a Resolution #19-187 last August in attempt to resolve the <br />situation.
