Mayor LeTourneau stated that this year provided an opportunity to review some of the
Code language and tonight’s cases, among other recent cases, are proof of that. Bryce Botano,
16551 Alpaca Street, stated that the current language seems to contradict itself in some places. He
noted that he would like to park an RV in his detached garage, which is better for neighborhood
aesthetics and to protect his investment. Councilmember Musgrove thanked staff for their work
on this case and cleaning up the code in general.

A roll call vote was performed:

Councilmember Kuzma aye
Councilmember Specht aye
Councilmember Musgrove aye
Councilmember Menth aye
Councilmember Riley aye
Mayor LeTourneau aye

Motion carried.
7.04: Adopt Ordinance #20-10 Amending Bulk Standards in the R-1 Residential District

Senior Planner McGuire-Brigl reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the Planning
Commission to adopt Ordinance #20-10 amending the bulk standards in the R-1 Residential
District.
