<br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the public hearing to order at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br /> <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Menth aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor LeTourneau aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:49 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked for details on the road alignment. <br /> <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl commented on the west side of the road there is a future road <br />connection planned north to the existing neighborhood. She stated that the timing has not been <br />decided upon, but the right-of-way is being saved for future planning efforts. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that the road connection has been planned by the City, <br />but the timing is unknown, therefore the City is simply reserving the right-of-way for future <br />potential use. <br /> <br />Councilmember Riley noted that previous comments were received from neighbors to the north <br />and asked if those were in response to the previous development plans or these development plans. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill replied that those comments were related to the previous <br />development plan and noted that the neighbors seem much more amenable to this plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked the width of the road. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill replied that typically the road is 32 feet in width and did not <br />believe this request was lesser than required. <br />City Council / July 28, 2020 <br />Page 7 of 16 <br /> <br />
