<br /> <br />Recreation Specialist Proulx stated that everyone is aware of the pandemic and therefore the <br />events were created as a way to still offer something to the community members. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau thanked staff for taking this project on. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht asked for details on the requirement for masks as the events will be held <br />outdoors. <br /> <br />Recreation Specialist Proulx stated that residents will be asked to wear masks when walking <br />around but can take the masks off once they are seated with their family group. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht stated that he would prefer the language to state masks recommended, as <br />it may be difficult to wear masks when visiting food vendors. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau noted that similar mask wearing is asked to be done at the summer concert <br />series and asked staff for an update. <br /> <br />Recreation Specialist Proulx stated that residents have been fairly supportive of wearing masks <br />when walking around at the community events this summer. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau stated that he has received good feedback from the community on the <br />summer concert series and have been appreciative that the City has been able to provide an <br />activity. He believed that these events would be successful as well. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Menth, <br />Musgrove, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Menth, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the following <br />items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />5.01: Receive July 2020 Financial Reports – General Fund and Enterprise Funds <br />5.02: Approve the following Meeting Minutes: <br />1) City Council Work Session dated August 10, 2020 <br />2) City Council Regular dated August 10, 2020 <br />5.03: Approve Business Licenses <br />5.04: Approve Rental Licenses <br />5.05: Note the Following Boards, Commissions, and Committee Meeting Minutes: <br /> Environmental Policy Board Meeting Minutes dated June 15, 2020 <br />City Council / August 25, 2020 <br />Page 3 of 9 <br /> <br />
