Voting No: None. <br />7.04: Adopt Resolution #20-220 Modifying CARES Act Small Business Grant Program to <br />Allow for Additional Grant Awards <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to allocate an <br />additional $115,000 in CARES Act Funds to ensure that all eligible applicants in the City of <br />Ramsey Small Business Relief Grant Program can be funded. Any funds that are not used will be <br />reallocated to eligible City COVID-19 related expenses. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove commented that this is a great idea and shows that Ramsey businesses <br />are still in need of support. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Specht, to Adopt Resolution <br />#20-220 Modifying Cares Act Small Business Grant Program to Allow For Additional Grant <br />Awards. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Riley stated that he fully supports this as a member of the <br />EDA and Council. He stated that it is important for the City to help as many small businesses as <br />possible. Mayor LeTourneau echoed those comments. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br />7.05: Adopt Resolution #20-212 Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />Preserve at Northfork; Case of Preserve at Northfork, LLC <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt <br />Resolution #20-212 approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Preserve at <br />Northfork. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau noted that this project has been before the Council several times. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kuzma asked if the trunk line would be supplied from the neighboring property. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill confirmed that to be true. <br /> <br />Councilmember Menth commented that he thought that trunk line was a trail. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill replied that the trunk line will be picked up in that location <br />and once those are installed, an underground trail will be constructed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Menth, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to Adopt Resolution <br />#20-212 Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for the Preserve at Northfork. <br /> <br />City Council / September 22, 2020 <br />Page 12 of 14 <br /> <br />
