<br />past year, including 105 Ramsey residents. She thanked Ramsey for agreeing to light its <br />buildings in purple. She stated that residents can also request a yard sign from the Alexandra <br />House in order to support the cause and increase awareness. She encouraged residents to light <br />their homes up with purple lights, which can also be requested on their website. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau thanked Ms. Bronson for the work her organization does to spread awareness <br />about domestic violence and to provide assistance to those in the community. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Randy Bauer, 14942 Quintana St NW, stated that he understands that Ramsey and Armstrong <br />Boulevard are both County roads, but the City is responsible for the stoplights. He noted that there <br />are flashing yellow lights for turning vehicles at most intersections in Ramsey which the exception <br />of Sunwood and Ramsey Boulevards. He commented that he frequently ends up waiting a long <br />time to turn with no other traffic moving in the other direction. He commented that it would be <br />much more efficient to have flashing yellows at all the intersections all of the time, noting that <br />Ramsey does not have heavy rush hour traffic which should prevent that action during those times. <br />He asked the City to look into making those adjustments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that she agrees with the comment of Mr. Bauer and believes that <br />those intersections would be better controlled with flashing yellow arrows. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Menth, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Menth, Musgrove, <br />Riley, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br />5.
