Youth First <br />Dan Specht <br />Tim Frankfurth <br />Michelle Anderson <br />Jeff Menth (Alternate Member) <br />Cory Gardner (Alternate Member) <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #20-236 filling Council Member Committee and Commission <br />vacancies effective October 13, 2020 through December 31, 2020 as follows: 1) Highway 10 <br />Committee, Mark Kuzma; 2) Park and Recreation Commission, Debra Musgrove; 3) Anoka <br />County Fire Protection Council, Chris Riley; 4) Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement Council, <br />Dan Specht; 5) Ramsey/Nowthen Joint Powers Board, Mark Kuzma; and 6) Youth First, Jeff <br />Menth as Alternate. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th <br />day of October, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #20-236 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
