If these <br /> measures are deemed necessary by City staff, the comprehensive plan consultant will <br /> complete as agreed upon at an additional cost. <br /> 3. Existing Plans <br /> Existing plans will be reviewed, summarized, and incorporated into the final document. These <br /> will include: <br /> a. Master Housing Plan <br /> b. Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br /> c. Comprehensive Water Plan <br /> d. Park and Trail Plan <br /> e. Central Rural Reserve Study <br /> f. Natural Resources Inventory <br /> g. Capital Improvement Plan <br /> h. Open Space/Greenway Plan <br /> 4. Prepare Implementation Strategies <br /> a. One of the important components and outcomes of the "Open Space Technology" <br /> sessions is to assign responsibility for achieving the changes that are identified by the <br /> group. As such, issues and implementation strategies should be identified at the same <br /> time. These strategies will be incorporated into the comprehensive plan update. <br /> b. An assessment will be made of the overall plan to determine if any other implementation <br /> measures are needed. A review of all measures will also be undertaken to ensure that <br /> each strategy is specific and measurable and assigned to the proper responsible party. <br /> 5. Plan Refinement, Preparation, and Adoption <br /> a. Based on comments from public, Planning Commission, and City Council reviews, <br /> prepare final plan recommendations and final document. Facilitate and coordinate the <br /> review of the document by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> b. Provide information in the plan that responds to all applicable questions and issues <br /> outlined for local governments in the Metropolitan Council's "Local Planning Handbook" <br /> and ensure that the plan is in conformance with Minnesota Statutes 462.355 as amended <br /> and consistent with other State Statutes. <br /> c. Provide fifteen (15) bound color copies, one (1) unbound copy, and one (1) electronic <br /> version of the final plan in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, ArcView, and/or pdf formula <br /> as best suites the City.
