Master plans <br /> included Phase II storm water(NPDES)permitting, Underground '1 <br /> Injection Control,Watershed Protection, Groundwater/Wellhead <br /> Protection, and Backflow Prevention. Report preparation included <br /> regulatory review of federal documents(CWA, SDWA, etc.),the states of ^ <br /> Tennessee and Kentucky, and local programs. Review of Fort Campbell's <br /> existing compliance programs were performed as part of the review <br /> process. Recommendations were made which incorporated significant <br /> actions and action dates. <br /> • Fort Campbell Army Post Regulatory Compliance; U.S.Army Corps <br /> of Engineers-Louisville District; 2005;Technical Team Leader/Project <br /> Manager. Managed task order,executed, and supervised staff involved <br /> with compliance activities at Fort Campbell Army Post located in TN <br /> and KY. Contract scope included updating the Class V Underground <br /> Injection Well Inventory, preparing Phase II MS4(NPDES)annual reports, <br /> and updating the Groundwater Protection Plan for the Post in both the ^ <br /> States of Tennessee and Kentucky. <br /> • U.S.Army Corps of Engineers- Louisville District; Site Investigation <br /> plans at former NIKE Sites C-49 and C-93(Chicago, IL);2004-2005; ^ <br /> Task Manager/Project Chemist. Duties included managing staff and <br /> co-authoring site-specific project plans for two former NIKE missile <br /> sites in suburban Chicago, IL. Co-authored plans including Work Plans, <br /> Quality Assurance Project Plans, Field Sampling Plans, and Site Health <br /> and Safety Plans. Worked closely with various regulators to ensure <br /> compliance of project plans; regulators included the Illinois EPA, USACE- <br /> Louisville District, EPA Region 9, and the USACE Center of Expertise. <br /> • Data Validation and Quality Control Summary Report; U.S.Army <br /> Corps of Engineers-Kansas City District; 2004; Project Chemist. Principal <br /> data validator of analytical data analyzed by four environmental <br /> laboratories,from samples collected by a USACE-KCD contractor at <br /> Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. Groundwater samples from 137 <br /> monitor wells were reviewed for the following suite of analytes:VOCs, <br /> SVOCs, PCBs, Explosives, Metals(total and dissolved), Perchlorate, ^ <br /> 1,4-Dioxane, and Dioxins/Furans. Validation included QA/QC analytical <br /> data comparison, laboratory QC and raw data review, and qualification <br /> of data based upon the CENWK-EC-EF Data Evaluation Guidance and <br /> the USACE Shell for Analytical Chemistry Requirements(Appendix I) <br /> -EM-200-1-3. <br /> OLSSON <br /> 2 ASSOCIATES ''' <br />
