This plan involved extensive land-use planning and transportation planning coordination. The plan utilized a "traffic shed" �• analysis technique in the unincorporated areas of the county to analyze traffic impacts and to determine the appropriate land-use development —transportation infrastructure balance. • San Antonio,Texas, Metropolitan Arterial Analysis-task leader to complete the functional classification assessment of the major street plan. Access management guidelines were also developed for each functional classification. • Wentzville, Missouri,Transportation Master Plan -project manager for preparation of master plan. The plan included analyzing future year land uses and traffic forecasts, preparing a future year list of projects, future year functional classification, access management guidelines, traffic impact study procedures and a traffic counting program. • Batavia-Crosstown Traffic Study, Batavia, Illinois—served as project manager responsible for developing an analysis procedure and conducting a comparative study of a few potential bridge crossings and their impact on circulation for this traffic study. • DST Realty-Parking Garage Impact Study, Kansas City, Missouri—served as project manager responsible for coordinating the client's needs,the production process and meeting city requirements for this parking • El Dorado Northwest Trafficway Feasibility Study, El Dorado, Kansas —served as project manager for this feasibility study to determine if '- extension of NW Trafficway is warranted.
