OUR FIRM'S APPROACH to the SCOPE of SERVICES
Sanders Wacker Bergly, Inc. believes that close communication between the client and
design team is crucial to the success of a project. The success and the reputation for
quality work that our firm has enjoyed is a result of an efficient and dedicated team.
The ultimate success of a planning project depends on its acceptance and support by the
community. We truly enjoy working with communities and we excel in ensuring that the
planning process addresses the vision and the needs of the community. We also view our
relationship with the community as our top priority. We maintain a clear and open line of
communication with our clients.
Working with the City of Ramsey, we will update your Comprehensive Plan in a timely
and efficient manner that meets the needs of the community and guides the City through
2028 and beyond. We will concentrate on your priorities (land use, staged growth, and
transportation concerns), but our approach is flexible, so we can address the changing
— needs of the community throughout the planning process.
SCOPE of WORK
The following describes our proposed work program based on our current understanding
of your needs.
