Refine as directed. <br /> Task 5: PREPARE THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br /> A. Prepare a complete draft of the Comprehensive Plan coordinating the text, <br /> maps,photos, and other graphics. <br /> B. Review the draft Plan with the City Staff and determine if adjustments are <br /> needed prior to holding a public hearing. <br /> C. SWB will review, discuss, and revise draft objectives and policies with the <br /> City. <br /> D. SWB will prepare final plan recommendations and the final <br /> comprehensive plan document, and ensure the plan is in conformance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes 426.355 as amended and consistent with all other State <br /> Statutes. <br /> E.
