Review, analyze, summarize (and update if or where needed), and <br /> incorporate into the final plan document the following City documents and <br /> plans: <br /> _ 1. Master Housing Plan. Identify changes in affordable housing, housing <br /> choices, future trends, etc. if they become known or aware to us during <br /> the preparation of the final Comprehensive Plan Update. If necessary, <br /> discuss, meet and review with the City's Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority of any changes or issues, and incorporate (and/or update)the <br /> City's Master Housing Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan. In coordination with the City <br /> Engineer and Public Works Director, ensure that an updated and <br /> complete comprehensive wastewater and sewer plan will be <br /> incorporated into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> 3. Comprehensive Water Plan. In coordination with the City Engineer <br /> _ and Public Works Director, ensure that an updated and complete <br /> comprehensive water management plan that shows how Ramsey will <br /> protect the quality and quantity of surface water and ground water in <br /> the City. <br /> 4. Parks and Trails Plan. In coordination with the City Park's <br /> Department staff,update and incorporate the Parks and Trails Plan into <br /> the final Comprehensive Plan Update. If necessary, meet and review <br /> with the City's Park and Recreation Commission to discuss any <br /> proposed changes and/or updates to the plan. <br /> 5. Central Rural Reserve Study. In coordination with the City planning <br /> staff, update (if needed) and incorporate the "Central Rural Reserve <br /> - Study" into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> 6. Natural Resources Inventory. If necessary, meet and review with the <br /> City's Environmental Review Board to discuss any proposed changes <br /> - and/or updates to the plan. In coordination with appropriate City staff, <br /> we shall update (if needed) and incorporate the Natural Resources <br /> Inventory plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> 7. Capital Improvement Plan. In coordination with the City Department <br /> Heads and staff,update (if needed) and incorporate the Capital <br /> Improvement Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> 8. Open Space/Greenway Plan.
