Review, analyze, summarize (and update if or where needed), and incorporate into the final plan document the following City documents and plans: _ 1. Master Housing Plan. Identify changes in affordable housing, housing choices, future trends, etc. if they become known or aware to us during the preparation of the final Comprehensive Plan Update. If necessary, discuss, meet and review with the City's Housing and Redevelopment Authority of any changes or issues, and incorporate (and/or update)the City's Master Housing Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan. 2. Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan. In coordination with the City Engineer and Public Works Director, ensure that an updated and complete comprehensive wastewater and sewer plan will be incorporated into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. 3. Comprehensive Water Plan. In coordination with the City Engineer _ and Public Works Director, ensure that an updated and complete comprehensive water management plan that shows how Ramsey will protect the quality and quantity of surface water and ground water in the City. 4. Parks and Trails Plan. In coordination with the City Park's Department staff,update and incorporate the Parks and Trails Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. If necessary, meet and review with the City's Park and Recreation Commission to discuss any proposed changes and/or updates to the plan. 5. Central Rural Reserve Study. In coordination with the City planning staff, update (if needed) and incorporate the "Central Rural Reserve - Study" into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. 6. Natural Resources Inventory. If necessary, meet and review with the City's Environmental Review Board to discuss any proposed changes - and/or updates to the plan. In coordination with appropriate City staff, we shall update (if needed) and incorporate the Natural Resources Inventory plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. 7. Capital Improvement Plan. In coordination with the City Department Heads and staff,update (if needed) and incorporate the Capital Improvement Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update. 8. Open Space/Greenway Plan. In coordination with the City Planning and Parks staff,update (if needed) and incorporate the Open — Space/Greenway Plan into the final Comprehensive Plan Update.
