From this analysis,employment forecasts will be developed for <br /> utilization in Met Council data and transportation planning activities. <br /> Key Staff Involved: Richards, Rexine,Grittman <br /> Task 2.5: Public Facilities <br /> Objective: Working with City staff,NAC and Bolton and Menk will analyze existing <br /> public facilities, and provide forecasts for use in Capital Improvement Programming and <br /> land use planning. <br /> Description: Growth forecasts, based on both staged growth estimates and saturation <br /> development of the City, will be used to estimate public facilities needs for through the <br /> 2030 planning horizon. <br /> Key Staff Involved: Richards, Schumacher-Georgopoulos, Grittman, DeWolf, Martini <br /> Task 2.6: Intergovernmental Coordination <br /> Objective: Ensure cross-coordination of Ramsey's land use and transportation planning <br /> ,.� with adjacent and overlapping jurisdictions. <br /> .-. Description: Because so much of the community's land use planning will be dependent <br /> upon new roadway planning,the ability to make efficient connections to the regional <br /> transportation network will drive a portion of the land use planning for the City. Members <br /> of the Consultant team will work with Anoka County,the State of Minnesota, and other <br /> regional planning interests to permit development of planned land uses as desired. <br /> Key Staff Involved: Grittman, Richards, Rexine <br /> PHASE 3: PLAN REFINEMENT,PREPARATION AND ADOPTION <br /> Task 3.1: Finalize Plan Text and Graphics <br /> Objective: Review Planning Commission and City Council comments and prepare final <br /> �. version of Comprehensive Plan for adoption <br /> Description: Consulting team will develop the final version of the document for <br /> distribution to all interested parties and adjoining jurisdictions, and work with City staff to <br /> ,.� schedule the required public hearings.
