NAC _. <br /> ^ ( In nl ' <br /> RAN M{SI "i <br /> QUALIFICATIONS OF ASSIGNED PERSONNEL <br /> PRINCIPALS-IN-CHARGE <br /> ,.� Stephen Grittman,AICP(NAC), will be the principal-in-charge of the planning portion of the Ramsey <br /> 2008 Comprehensive Plan project, and will supervise the project coordination and planning concepts and <br /> analysis. Mr. Grittman's primary direct responsibilities will be in public participation and land use <br /> analysis. He has been with NAC since 1983, and has served more than 40 Minnesota communities with <br /> various planning and land use projects. Mr. Grittman is a member of the American Institute of Certified <br /> Planners(AICP), and is a licensed attorney. His experience has included several projects involving <br /> comprehensive planning, park system planning, annexation planning, ordinance development,zoning <br /> ,.� administration, subdivision design and land use law. Mr. Grittman's recent comprehensive planning <br /> experience includes the cities of Buffalo, Annandale,Excelsior,Little Canada, Mendota Heights and St. <br /> Francis. <br /> Bradley DeWolf,P.E.,(BMI), will be the principal-in-charge of the engineering portion of the Ramsey <br /> 2008 Comprehensive Plan project, and will assist in the supervision of the project coordination. Mr. <br /> ^ DeWolf is a Principal Engineer for Bolton& Menk, Inc. He has had a wide range of experience in project <br /> administration, including planning,project conception,preliminary and final design and reports, as well as <br /> the financial process related to capital improvements. He is experienced with all phases of engineering, <br /> including project designs, quantity estimates, preparation of construction documents, advertisement and <br /> evaluation of bids, construction administration, closeout procedures and preparation of assessment roles. <br /> Mr. DeWolf has been involved in the planning, design and construction of a variety of engineering projects <br /> ranging from storm water management to street improvements. <br /> PROJECT MANAGER <br /> NAC will lead the team throughout the process of completing the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. This <br /> approach will ensure that all questions, comments,reports,and plans come from a single office and contact <br /> ^ person. <br /> Scott Richards,AICP(NAC), is the senior member to be assigned to the Ramsey project as project <br /> manager and will serve as the primary contact between the consultant and the community. Mr. Richards <br /> joined NAC in 1989 and has 20 years of experience in community planning. Mr. Richards is currently the <br /> consulting city planner for the cities of Oak Park Heights, Excelsior and Burnsville. Scott has been <br /> involved in numerous Comprehensive Plans and land use projects both in and out of the metropolitan area <br /> ,-� during his tenure at NAC. Most recently, Scott has completed the Comprehensive Plan update for Thief <br /> River Falls, MN and is currently involved with the 2008 Comprehensive Plan updates for Oak Park <br /> Heights and Excelsior. Mr. Richard's experience includes substantial working with communities on the <br /> growing fringe of the Twin Cities area and has dealt extensively with managing the changes between urban <br /> and rural boundaries. <br /> Proposal for Professional Planning and Engineering Services Section 1 - 1 <br /> 2008 Comprehensive Plan Update Submitted by: <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota NAC and Bolton&Menk <br />
