<br /> PROFESSIONAL STAFF
<br /> ^ A concise summary of qualifications for key professional staff is presented in the following paragraphs of
<br /> this section. Detailed resumes for all project team members can be found in Appendix A of this proposal.
<br /> Ann Rexine, Landscape Designer/Planner(NAC), has a degree in Environmental Design and a Masters in
<br /> Landscape Architecture. Prior to joining NAC, Ms. Rexine was a Landscape Design Specialist for the
<br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation. Ms. Rexine's experience includes comprehensive GIS abilities
<br /> to support land use,transportation and economic development analyses. She has also prepared computer
<br /> ^ aided and hand drawing graphics for Monticello, Lakeville,Otsego,MnDOT's Silver Creek Cliff,Two
<br /> ,.� Harbors and MnDOT's Brainerd Lakes Welcome Center. Her recent work has included Delano Central
<br /> Park Master Plan, Anoka Park Facilities Needs Assessment,Anoka Park Comprehensive Plan amendments
<br /> and Anoka Park Fee Study. She was also involved in the update of the Delano Central Business District
<br /> •� Redevelopment Plan. Ms. Rexine will serve as project support in the inventory, analysis,plan
<br /> development, and plan graphics and mapping.
<br /> ^ Cassie Schumacher-Georgopoulos,Landscape Design/Planner/GIS Specialist(NAC), brings a mix of
<br /> design and planning experience to the project team. Cassie joined NAC in 2005 while finishing a Master's
<br /> degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the
<br /> University of Minnesota. Before arriving in Minnesota,Cassie attended Iowa State University where she
<br /> was enrolled in the professional landscape architecture program. Cassie's areas of specialty include site
<br /> design, community planning, zoning administration, and computer aided and hand drawn graphics. She
<br /> is currently working with the City of Annandale in creating a development guide and Natural Resources
<br /> Ordinance,and will be assisting with its Comprehensive Plan Update. Cassie is also assisting NAC and
<br /> Bolton and Menk with the Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of St. Francis, and is one of two
<br /> primary NAC staff planners with the City of Albertville.
<br /> Christopher Chromy,P.E.,P.T.O.E.,Transportation Plan Team Leader(BMI), is a Transportation
<br /> Project Manager in the Burnsville office of Bolton&Menk, Inc. He has over twelve years of transportation
<br /> planning and engineering experience, including transportation system planning, corridor planning,traffic
<br /> engineering, and highway design and construction. Mr. Chromy has been a project engineer for municipal
<br /> •� transportation plans, sub-area and corridor studies,traffic forecasting, and systematic development of
<br /> informed consent. He has been responsible for roadway concept development including project scoping,
<br /> preliminary layout and profile, future traffic flow modeling,and capacity analysis. In addition to his project
<br /> experience, Mr. Chromy provides traffic and transportation expertise to Bolton&Menk's municipal
<br /> ,.� project managers and clients.
<br /> Gina Mitchell,AICP,Transportation Planner(BMI), has over twelve years of planning experience. She
<br /> is responsible for completing transportation plans, highway corridor studies, county and city transportation
<br /> studies,airport zoning,and leading environmental studies and public involvement efforts for transportation
<br /> projects. Ms. Mitchell's experience in transportation planning at Bolton&Menk includes the development
<br /> of city and county transportation plans and sub-area transportation and environmental studies. She also is
<br /> ,.� experienced in guiding airport owners and joint zoning boards through airport zoning requirements and the
<br /> amendment process. With over ten years of city and county planning experience, Ms. Mitchell is adept at
