He has seven years of civil engineering experience, including traffic engineering,transportation <br /> engineering and planning, and forecasting. Mr.Nemeth's experience in traffic and transportation <br /> .-� engineering includes traffic operations, signal timing optimization and implementation, intersection design, <br /> alternatives analysis,corridor studies, freeway and arterial simulation, interchange design,maintenance-of- <br /> traffic, access management, and traffic impact studies. He also has experience working with Intelligent <br /> Transportation Systems(ITS). <br /> David Martini,P.E.,(BMI),has been a Project Engineer for Bolton&Menk since May of 2000. Since <br /> that time he has worked on the design and construction administration of a variety of projects for the City <br /> of Ramsey including the City's Comprehensive Sewer Plan,the Northwest Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br /> Extension project,review of the AUAR for Ramsey Town Center, and several feasibility studies. In <br /> addition, Mr. Martini has been involved in the preparation of EAW's for projects including trunk sewer <br /> extensions,residential subdivisions, and most recently Ramsey Crossing. His overall experience also <br /> ,.� includes federal aid, municipal state aid, and permit applications to agencies such as the MPCA, DNR, <br /> Minnesota Department of Health,and Mn/DOT.
