Degree Mr. DeWolf is an Office Manager for the Willmar and Ramsey Civil Engineering offices of Bolton &Menk, Inc. He has had a wide range of North Dakota State experience in project administration, including planning, project ,-� University conception, preliminary and final design and reports, as well as the financial process related to capital improvements.
