a. September 4, 2020 — Spoke with Property Owner who indicated all brush, wood, <br />and debris would be removed before next inspection (2 week period in letter). <br />b. September 15, 2020 — Property Owner requested an additional one week to remove <br />brush, wood and debris from the site. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council approves the following related to the code enforcement case: <br />a. Staff will reinspect the property on or near November 2, 2020 to determine if <br />abatement is still necessary. <br />b. Staff will schedule an abatement with abatement contractor on or near November 3, <br />2020 to remove the firewood, branches, and other debris in the backyard. <br />c. The Property Owner will be charged for the abatement plus administrative costs. <br />d.
