COMMITTEE / STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />6.01: Staff Updates on Improvement Projects and Items of Interest <br /> <br />City Engineer Westby provided an update on current and proposed City, County, and MnDOT <br />improvement projects and studies and on other items of interest. <br /> <br />6.02: Review Future Topics Calendar <br /> <br />Councilmember Riley asked for an update on the trail in front of the Ramsey Storage Center. <br /> <br />City Engineer Westby reported that staff continues to work with the property owner to resolve the <br />three issues that exist, noting that the trail is the last item on the list and there should be progress <br />made on the trail soon. He stated that staff will not approve the project or issue a permanent <br />Certificate of Occupancy until the three issues are resolved. <br /> <br />7.
