City staff will
inherently know more about the community and will have the expertise
and knowledge of the community which will be invaluable to the
successful completion and ultimate adoption of the Comprehensive Plan.
We assume that the TC will meet on a monthly basis to discuss project
progress and to touch base, troubleshoot and brainstorm. This will
result in approximately 10 meetings. We will work with City Staff to
identify a time and place that is best suited to conduct this meeting. In
addition, we assume a weekly teleconference amongst the members of
the TC. We anticipate the teleconference to last between 15 minutes
and an hour depending on the phase and/or items for discussion.
Additionally, we assume that the TC will be responsible for coordinating
with other members of the Comprehensive Planning effort to incorporate ,
all additional sections by reference or appendix in the final document.
