For WSB,Peter has worked as lead <br /> (Transportation Planning Transportation Planner for numerous projects including municipal transportation , <br /> concentration);Humphrey plans, special studies,and environmental documentation. Prior to this work, H <br /> Institute of Public Affairs Peter had extensive planning experience in waste management planning for ( <br /> University of Minnesota Minnesota counties, and airport environmental control planning for the Z <br /> Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport. <br /> Graduate Certificate in <br /> Transportation Studies; Selected Project Experience: Z <br /> Center for Transportation • Peter has been the lead Transportation Planner for a number of municipal 2 <br /> Studies transportation plans, including those for Rosemount, Shakopee,Lonsdale, <br /> University of Minnesota <br /> Minnetrista,and Monticello. Generally,these plans identify current <br /> conditions and needs,establish design standards and access spacing <br /> Master of Science in guidelines,and recommend system improvements to meet current and <br /> Energy Management and projected long term needs. <br /> Policy <br /> University of.Pennsylvania • Peter was the lead author of Roadway and Transit Assessment of Cedar <br /> Avenue Corridor Transit Oriented Development for the City of Richfield, <br /> Bachelor of Arts in which was working in partnership with Hennepin County. This study <br /> Sociology addressed roadway/intersection design needs,as well as transit and <br /> Bates College pedestrian issues associated with proposed commercial and residential <br /> redevelopment in the vicinity of 66th Street west of TH 77. <br /> Associations: • Peter coordinated and was lead author of the City of Hanover Transportation <br /> Institute of Transportation Study. This study addressed long term planning issues for CSAH 19 through <br /> Engineers-North Central town,and made recommendations regarding City-wide issues including <br /> Section access management,roadway extension/realignment projects, functional <br /> classification planning,and roadway design standards. <br /> American Planning <br /> Association • Peter had a lead role in complying with the NEPA documentation and <br /> process requirements for the reconstruction of Hennepin CSAH 61 (Shady <br /> American Institute of Oak Road)from Bren Road to CSAH 3 (Excelsior Boulevard). This work <br /> Certified Planners included Section 4(1) documentation to address park impacts. <br /> • As a graduate student at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute <br /> for Public Affairs,Peter was co-investigator/author for a project funded by <br /> Mn/DOT assessing ways to improve public involvement for transportation <br /> projects. <br /> • Prior to his employment at WSB,Peter had a lead role in preparing such <br /> documents as: Final EIS for 1-494 Reconstruction(Mn/DOT, 2001); <br /> Decision Report for Storm Water Control Measures, (Metropolitan Airports <br /> Commission, 1994);water quality sections of Dual Track Airport Planning <br /> Process NEPA documents(1993 — 1996);numerous solid waste management <br /> plans for Minnesota counties. <br /> WSB EN <br /> WE <br /> ArrnrrNNE <br /> h Axxra-&rtcs.Aar <br />
