The Council also instructed staff to work with Mr. Guzzo <br />to see if' he could get in compliance with the Home Occupation, Ordinance. <br /> <br />{)enied the request for an Interim Use Permit for outdoor paintball activities by FSL <br />PaintbalI Arena. <br /> <br />Approved a Metes and Bounds Subdivision to create one lot for Ed and Lora Hamilton on <br />Riverdale Dr. <br /> <br />Tabled action on the Shade Tree Cottages and Rum River Estates subdivisions. The <br />requests were tabled in order for staff to continue negotiations with residents along the <br />Potassium St. corridor for the purchase of property to create the right-of-way for the new <br />Potassium St. The subdivisions will be considered again by the City Council on June 14, <br />2O05 <br /> <br />Approved the final site plan for the Ramsey Municipal Parking Facility. <br /> <br />Approved the Jim and Cheri Waller"Conditional Use Permit request to allow for an <br />oversized accessory building. <br /> <br />~ Approved the final plat of Falconers Ridge 2~d Addition. <br /> <br />~ Approved the site plans for Martin EDM and RJM Enterprises. <br /> <br />Approved the final plat for Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition (City Hall site). <br /> <br />Authorized the release of' the Draft EAW document for the Pulte Homes development. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous: <br />/\. second meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 23 to consider the Pulte Homes preliminary <br />i)lztt. SmI'T appreciates the Commissioner's,,recent willingness to meet twice a month.
