Therefore, the units as shown are more <br />than 20 feet from the edge of the sidewalk. A garage that is setback from the front elevation <br />of the home will be required to meet both the maximum 20-foot front yard building setback <br />and the minimum 25-foot driveway length. <br /> <br />Public Streets: The development project lies west of Town Center Drive and south of a new <br />public street, shown as U2 Street on the preliminary plat. The proposed terminus of Town <br />Center Drive at the east property line must be coordinated with the Town Center Gardens <br />Development to the east, which has received preliminarY plat approval. The extension of <br />i47~h Lane from the east property line to,Town Center drive must also be coordinated with <br />Town Center Gardens. The eastern end of Town Center Drive must be coordinated with the <br />Town Center Gardens Development to the east. Town Center Gardens has received <br />preliminary plat approval.
