Site Plan Review: Symphony,At Ramsey Town center May 12, 2005 Pa,ge 4 or' 9 Open Space: The Town Center Development Review Guidelines encourage the integration o~' private courtyards and pocket parks within the TC-4 Neighborhood District. These small green ttreas provide important breathing space, contribute to stormwater management, and (~lli:r additional recreational amenities to serve the building tenants. The preliminary site plan complies with the development guidelines and provides green spaces for recreational and stormwater management purposes on each block. Grading and Drainage: Staff has received a grading and drainage plan for the development and has the following comments. Stormwater calculations must be submitted to the city and l~ower Rum River Water Management Organization for verification of conformance with the master drainage plan. The rock construction entrance on the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) should be replaced with the requirement for daily sweeping of adjacent streets. The responsibility for the SWPPP 'On this: site must be transferred to the new owner and contractor prior to commencing construction.
