Absent: Commissioner <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Case #9 <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Request for Preliminary Plat Review for Ramsey Town <br />Center 5th Addition; Case of City of Ramsey and Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik advised that this plat will create two lots, two <br />outlets, and the right-of-way for Sapphire Street out of existing outlets. She indicated Lot 1, <br />which will contain the Ramsey Municipal Center and the parking ramp will be 5.323 acres in <br />size. I,ot 2, which will be developed as liner retail along Sunwood Drive, will be 0.364 acres. <br />She indicated Outlet A, which is the possible location of a movie theatre, is 2.203 acres in size, <br />and Outlet B, the potential site for a community/fitness center is approximately 4 acres. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated Staff is recommending approval of the <br />preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition subject to compliance with City Staff <br />Review Letter dated April 1, 2005. <br /> <br />Public ltearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt opened the public hearing at 11:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if this complies with the TC District requirements. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik indicated it does, with no deviations. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
