He stated he knows they are not required, but believes they <br />.~}lould <br /> <br />Ch~irpcrs~m Nixt asked how Staff would determine what the appropriate place is to measure the <br /> <br />(_',ommmfity Development Director Trudgeon indicated if you have a private street there is not <br />right~(~l'-way, so they would measure to the curb. He stated if it is a public road there is a right- <br /> absent a sidewalk Staff would measure to the public right-of way, and absent a public <br />right-.ol'-w[ty they would measure to the curb. <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson suggested they delay this to the next meeting and ask for the City <br />(iotmcil~s thoughts. <br /> <br />('ommunity Development Director Trudgeon indicated there may be some plans that come <br />ii~rward mdicipating 20-foot driveways.
