CC Work Session 2.3. <br />Meeting Date: 11/24/2020 <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review Communications Survey & Discuss Expectations <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this discussion is to review the City Council's expectations in regard to the City's communications <br />efforts. As part of 2021 Budget discussions this summer, the Council discussed the role of the Communications and <br />Events Coordinator. At that time, it was noted that perhaps the responsibilities of position should be discussed to <br />address the communication priorities of the City Council. Staff will review the current duties of the <br />Communications and Events Coordinator, the primary communications tools and technology used by the City, and <br />our existing communications practices.
