Based on the submitted quotes, staff <br />recommends accepting the proposals for Riverdale Drive and Business Park 95 televising from Nelson Sanitation <br />& Rental, Inc. <br />The Contractor is required to complete their work within 30 working days of the notice to proceed issued by the <br />City. <br />Leak Testing Quotes - Watermain <br />Leak testing watermain informs staff of any leaks in the municipal watermain system within the project area. For <br />the same reasons noted earlier, if a leak is discovered the repair work will be completed as part of the reconstruction <br />project. <br />Staff requested proposals for each street reconstruction project from the two contractors known to perform this <br />work. Based on the submitted quotes, staff recommends accepting the proposals for Riverdale Drive <br />and Business Park 95 water leak testing from Water Conservation Services, Inc. <br />The Contractor is required to complete their work within 30 working days of the notice to proceed issued by the <br />City. <br />Notification: <br />No notifications are required with this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #20-294 accepting municipal utility testing proposals for 2021 pavement management <br />program projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from the respective utility enterprise (Sewer, Stormwater Utility, and <br />Water) funds.
