We do
not intend to remove any of the trees or convert the site around the building into a
parking lot. Site improvements would be limited to providing access to the
building only. We believe that part of the historic beauty of this site is the site
itself. We would also hope to gather artifacts and photos relevant to the City of
Ramsey's history and have them assembled and on display at the Town Hall Site.

Landmark. Community Bank, N.A. is a century old bank that has operated under
the same family ownership since 1975. Originating as the Isanti State Bank,
Landmark changed its name and was granted a federal charter in 1994 when it
expanded into the City of Ramsey and constructed its current facility next to the
Ramsey Town Hall. At the suggestion of the City of Ramsey, this facility was
designed and constructed to compliment the historic site next door.

Our growth has necessitated a need for more space. We want to keep our main
operations in the City of Ramsey/but we have outgrown our current facility. By
purchasing the Town Hall, we would be able to remain in this location and the
historical character of the building would be retained which would not be the case
if the building were relocated.
