She. <br />indicated they atrc at a net density of 2.75 units per acre. She stated the proposal is for 26 single~ <br />family detached units and 16 single-family lots'. <br /> <br />Associate Planner V, dald stated the developer has agreed to install signage to identify the wetlands <br />so future homeowners I<now not to mow that area, and appropriate seedlings will be planted. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked where they arc providing public open space. <br /> <br />Associate i'lmmcr Wald st:ttecl there is not public open space, but they are providing private open <br />space.
