However, all of these types of structures must still <br />comply with zoning regulations. Thus, a zoning permit has been created and would be required <br />to help ensure that these types of structures are properly located on a property and meet all other <br />zoning regulations. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the most recent versions of these ordinance <br />amendments on May 5, 2005 and there were no verbal or written comments submitted.
