9.I 1.02 Accessory Uses & Buildings <br /> <br /> Subdi¥ision 1. Sport courts and other impervious surfaces must meet the <br />mi~imuna setbacks established for accessory buildinas in Section 9.20.11 unless <br /> <br />otherwise spcci fled by this code. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Every commercial fishing pond shall be enclosed by a fence or <br />wall not less than four (4) ?eet high to prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Swimming Pools & Spas (also see Section 8.21). <br /> <br />a. Setback Requirements <br /> <br />Swimmin~ pools and spas shall be setback a minimum of ten (10) <br />feet from all ad}oinin~ lots. For coiner lots, swimming pools and <br />~as shall meet the required side yard setback for buildinas in the <br />applicable zonina district (Section 9.20. I 1 Subd. 4). <br /> <br />Swimming pools and spas may not extend closer to the front <br />lot line o? the parcel than the principal structure.located on said <br />parcel, except that on residential parcels of one (1) acre or <br />more in size, a swi~mnina pool or spa may be constructed <br />closet' to the front lot line than the principal structure, provided, <br />that such swimming pool or spa can lnaintain a 200 foot <br />setback from the property line, <br /> <br />A swimming pool or spa may not be located closer than tour (4) <br />feet to the principal structure located on the parcel where the <br />swimming pool or spa is to be constructed. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />No swimming pool or spa may be constructed within twenty (20) <br />['eet o~' any portion of an on-site sewer system or any private water <br />well. <br /> <br />4. No person shall build, construct, locate or install a swhmning pool <br /> <br />and walkway or spa within any easement. <br /> <br />b. Fencin. g <br /> <br />Temporary Fencing.
