The placement of the detached accessory building maintains compliance <br />with the standard front yard structure setback requirement for the <br />respective zoning district; and <br /> <br />The exterior materials used on the detached accessory building match <br />those of the principal building on the subject property; and <br /> <br />c. The accessory building is designed with soffit, fascia and eave overhang. <br /> <br />On lots less than two (2) acres (87,120 square feet) in size, the accessory building shall be <br />located in the side or rear yard and shall not be located nearer the front property line than the <br />principal building on that lot, unless a variance is obtained.
