The placement of the detached accessory building maintains compliance with the standard front yard structure setback requirement for the respective zoning district; and The exterior materials used on the detached accessory building match those of the principal building on the subject property; and c. The accessory building is designed with soffit, fascia and eave overhang. On lots less than two (2) acres (87,120 square feet) in size, the accessory building shall be located in the side or rear yard and shall not be located nearer the front property line than the principal building on that lot, unless a variance is obtained.
