Swimming Pools & Spas (also see Section 8.21). <br /> <br />a. Setback Requirements <br /> <br />Swimming pools and spas shall be setback a minimum of ten (10) feet <br />t~om all adjoining lots. For comer lots, swimming pools and spas shall <br />meet the required side yard setback for buildings in the applicable zoning <br />district (Section 9.20.11 Subd. 4). <br /> <br />(a) Swimming pools and spas may not extend closer to the front lot line of <br /> the parcel than the principal structure located on said parcel, except <br /> that on residential parcels of one (1) acre or more in size, a swimming <br /> pool or spa may be constructed closer to the front lo~ line than the <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
