Describe the type, sources, quantities and compositions of any emissions from
stationary sources of air emissions such as boilers, exhaust stacks or fugitive dust
sources. Include any hazardous air pollutants (consult EAW Guide#nes for a listing)' and
any greenhouse gases (such as carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide) and ozone-
depleting chemicals (chloro-fluorocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons or
sulfur hexafluoride). Also describe any proposed pollution prevention techniques and
proposed air pollution control devices. Describe the impacts on air quality.
Tim only sources of stationary air emissions will be from domestic heat sources from residences, once they are
constructed. Fugitive dust may be generated during construction of the project. Best management practices will be
fi>llowed ms they are stated within the construction specifications. It is anticipated that the project will not generate
significant dust beyond current site conditions.

Will the project generate odors, noise or dust during construction or during operatioh?

If yes, describe sources, characteristics, duration, quantities or intensity and any
proposed measures to mitigate adverse impacts. Also identify locations of nearby
sensitive receptors and estimate impacts on them. Discuss potential impacts on human
health or quality of life. (Note: fugitive dust generated by operations may be discussed at
item 23 instead of here.)
~ No
~ Yes

Temporary noise and odo~ may occur from operation ofh~avy equipment for cons~uotion activi~es.
Noises common to building homes will b~ g~n~rat~d d~ng co~truo~on of individual b~lding proj~a.
Construction activities will b~ conducted in ~onfo~anco with the CiW's nois~ ordinance. Eqmpm~nt ~d in ~he
daily construction operations will be muffled. Noise from construction a~tiviti~s will b~ limited to 7 ~ to 10 pm
weekdays, with weekend hou~ limited-to 9 am to 9 pm. Operations at night, with th~ ~xc~ption ofp~ps for
dcwatefing, are not anticipated. Pumps will be shielded from ~ja~nt prop~s to
equipment. '
Dt~t will be controlled by pe~odio ~leanup of the cons~uotion sit~ ~d by limiting th~ amo~t of soil dis~b~o
at any givon tim~. D~t will also be ¢ontrolled through the ~stablishm~nt ofp~nt veg~tativ~ eov~r.
Consideration will b~ given to suppression of airborne d~t by applica~on of wat~r'if si~ific~t d~t g~n~ration
occurs during site gading.

After the roads and homes am constructed, odors, d~t ~d nois~ shoed be limi~d to ~at t~ical ora r~siden~al
area. According to W.R. Greens Nois~ Control: N~w Standards, a qui~t ~ban ama av~r~s 50 (dba), and an
average urban residential ar~a averages 60 (dba).
The nearest sensitive rec~pto~ are the residential homes in th~ nearby ~sting ho~ing d~velopments to the no~h,
e~st and south. The sit~ h~ hat,al buffers ~d distances from adjoining residences mdu~ing potential impao~.
No Iong-te~ si~ificant impacts am anticipated du~ to d~t, odor, or nois~.

Are any of the following': ~eSourCes on or in p[oximity to the. site?
If yes, describe the resource and identify any project-related impacts on the resource.
Describe any measures to minimize or.,avoid adverse impacts.
