The construction of the sewer extension is proposed to begin during the 2005 construction season. It is estimated <br />that I year is required to complete all the construction associated with the sewer. Erosion and turf establishment <br />controls for construction are required by permitting authorities. <br /> <br /> c. Project Purpose <br /> The proposed sanitary trunk sewer is needed to convey wastewater flow from the north east portion of Ramsey. <br /> Beneficiaries of the project will include residents and business operators in this area. A governmental unit (the City <br /> of Ramsey) is carrying out this project. <br /> <br />d. Are future stages of this development, including development on any outlets, planned <br /> or likely to happen?
