lis <br /> <br />Local Government Information Systems Association <br /> The LOGIS Advantage <br /> <br />6t4/2oo5 <br /> <br />Dean Busch <br />Information Technology Director <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Cabing bid award for the Ramsey new municipal center. <br /> <br />Dear Dean, <br /> <br />We have finished reviewing the cabling bids that were received on May 23r~' The following <br />organizations submitted formal complete bids to the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Blue Line Systems $98,000 <br />Metro Communications Services $151,446 <br />Structured Network Solutions $108,443 <br />Parsons Electdc $119,899 <br /> <br />We reviewed the bids to assure they were complete and since Blue Line Systems was the <br />lowest bidder, we went into detail checking references, equipment detail, certifications, etc. <br /> <br />The references were very good and they had completed the bid documents according to the . <br />specifications outlined bid document. Blue Line Systems submitted the bid utilizing Panduit <br />equipment, Panduit is a high end communications equipment vendor. <br /> <br />Based upon the their references, the equipment that will be utilized and that Blue Line <br />Systems was the lowest bidder, LOGIS recommends that the City of Ramsey accept their bid <br />and award the contract to Blue Line Systems.
