Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACT FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized bidding for the new Ramsey <br />Municipal Center on March 22nd, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the bid date for the technology related contracts was May 23rd, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, staff is recommending, along with LOGIS, authorizing a contract with the <br />contractor listed below in the amount stated. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSI~;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes a contract for the <br /> construction of the new Ramsey Municipal Center with the following contractor <br /> for the amount stated: <br /> Blue Line Systems $98,000 <br /> <br />Thc motion tbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc fbllowing voted against the same: <br />and thc following abstained: <br />and thc l~ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this thc 14th day of June 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
