PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On l)ccembcr 13, 2004, Colleen Lasher was hired as the City's Human Resources <br />Technician. Ms. Lasher has successfully completed her six-month probationary period as <br />thc I tuman Resources Technician and the Assistant City Administrator recommends <br />retaining Ms. Lasher as the City's Human Resources Technician. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the sixth-month probationary period, staff <br />recommends that Colleen Lasher be retained as the City's Human Resources Technician. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Ms. Lasher and granting status as a full-time regular Human Resources <br />Technician. <br /> <br />PC: 06-14-05 <br /> <br />(;:\Administration\l lunmnRcsources\Performance Evaluations~Ending Probation~Lasher 06-13-05.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
