Councihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> THE HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Colleen Lasher began working for the City on August 30, 2005 and <br />was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Lasher has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 14, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Colleen Lasher, effective <br />June 13, 2005.' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Colleen Lasher, effective <br />June 13, 2005.. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 14th day of June 2005. <br /> <br />(J:\Adminislration\l lumanResources\Performance Evaluations~nding Probation~Lasher 06-13-05.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
