RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anoka enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purpqses, to wiC: <br /> <br /> Remove the existing Traffic Control Signals and install new <br /> Traffic Control Signals with Street Lights, 'Emergency Vehicle <br /> Pre-emption, Interconnect and Signing on Trunk Highway No 47 <br /> au Trunk Highway 10, North and South Ramps, in the City of <br /> Anoka; Remove the existing Traffic Control Signal and install a <br /> new Traffic Control Signal with Street Lights,-Emergency <br /> Vehicle Pre-emption, Interconnect and Signing on Trunk Highway <br /> No. 47 at Co. Rd. 30/Pleasant Street in the City of Anoka; and <br /> Revise the existing TraffiC Control Signal on Trunk'Highway~.No. <br /> 47 at CSAH 5/Xkimo Street in the City of Ramsey in accordance <br /> with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in <br /> Agreement No. 87957R,a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and <br />hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any <br />amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all <br />of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />City of Anoka <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a <br />true and correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted <br />by the Council of the City of<Anoka at a duly authorized meeting <br />thereof held on the. day of , 200S, as <br />shown by the minutes of said meeting in my possession. <br /> <br /> By: <br /> <br />.Title: <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
