RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into an. <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />Remove the existing Traffic Control Signals and install new <br />Traffic Control Signals with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle <br />Pre-emption, Interconnect and Signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 <br />at Trunk Highway 10,' North and South Ramps, in the City of <br />Anoka; Remove the existing Traffic Control-Signal and install a <br />new Traffic Control Signal with Street Lights, Emergency <br />Vehicle Pre-emption, Interconnect and Signing on'Trunk Highway <br />No. 47 at Co. Rd. 30/Pleasant Street in the City of Anoka;~ and <br />Revise the existing Traffic Control Signal on Trunk Highway No. <br />47 at CSAH 5/Xkimo Street in the City of Ramsey in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in <br />Agreement No. 87957R,a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and <br />hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any <br />amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all <br />of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a <br />true and correct copy of a re~o!ution presented to and adopted <br />by the Council of the City of Ramsey at a duly authorized <br />meeting thereof held on the day of , 2005, <br />as shown by the minutes of said meeting in my possession~ <br /> <br /> By: <br /> <br />.Title: <br /> <br />(Sea <br /> <br /> <br />
