He explained that most <br />of the concrete is shipped at 6:00 a.m. because they need to get it laid before it gets too hot. He <br />is shipping a product, not doing construction. There is also a permanent batch plant in the City <br />of Ramsey that starts at 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted that Commercial Asphalt does start at 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to allow the hours of operation to be from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Ballard stated that he did not think that a fence was necessary for his operation.
