Consensus was to change the <br /> land use from Places to Shop to Places to Work. <br />· Peltzer Addition: Principal Plam~er Trudgeon stated that the City received a request to <br /> expand the MUSA to include Lots 1 and 2, Block 6 of Peltzer Addition. He explained that <br /> one lot is owned by the PCA and the other lot is owned locally and it is that owner that made <br /> the request. Consensus was to expand the MUSA to include Lots 1 and 2, Block 6 of Peltzer <br /> Addition. <br />· Tom Thumb (Ramsey Boulevard): Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that the City received a <br /> request to expand the MUSA north of C.R. #116 to include the Tom Thumb property. <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to what the land use designation would be. Principal <br /> Planner Trudgeon replied Places to Shop.
